Only stayed here one night but it was fabulous owners of it very friendly and welcoming. Room was spotless and decorated very nicely tea and coffee available in room and Tv and sofa. Bathroom was spotless. Nice location very quiet and relaxing place to stay. Breakfast was great would highly recommend to stay here and would definitely stay again when we return to area . Definitely important to give a review to a business as it means a lot to the people who run there own business. What a fabulous place
Absolutely beautiful. The house and grounds are stunning. Everything is spotlessly clean, the hosts are kind and friendly, the breakfast was hot, tasty and made with really good ingredients. Lots of small thoughtful touches around the house to make for an enjoyable stay. Excellent WiFi. We'll definitely re-book. Best B&B we've ever stayed in. Very close to Dolgellau town centre, just a short walk away. Highly recommended.
A small guesthouse set is gorgeous surroundings. Very comfortable rooms, tastefully decorated and with great views. The owners were very friendly and they cooked a cracking breakfast. The whole place was really very nice. A great place to stay and great value too.
A spacious, clean, tidy & peaceful room with excellent views across Dolgellau and lovely helpful hosts. An excellent base for exploring the area, with some walks accessible from the Guest House without driving. Also within a short walk of restaurants and pubs in the town.
The building is lovely and the views amazing. It’s in a quiet location, be warned the roads are pretty steep but doable. Unfortunately, as someone else has mentioned, the owners conduct was a little strange & really put me on edge. Perhaps he was trying to be humorous & over familiar at times but I found it really inappropriate. I would have left on arrival had I not travelled so far to get there and already paid. What should have been a tranquil night away was somewhat ruined by the manner in which the owner communicated with me . I didn’t even stay for breakfast.
Very friendly and welcoming hosts in such a wonderful house in the most beautiful location. We stayed over August bank holiday weekend and had the best B&B experience we’ve had, will definitely be back (would have stayed longer if there was availability). |Cannot recommend highly enough.|
I would thoroughly recommend staying here! We had a fantastic time. The hotel itself is lovely and has beautiful views over Dolgellau and the hills. The room was perfect, really pretty with a comfy bed and nice shower. Chris, the host, was brilliant - really nice and incredibly helpful. 100% would stay again!
We booked on booking.com.||||We were visiting Barmouth on a Sunday, so decided to stay here on a Saturday evening.||||Host Chris and Louise were ever so hospitable. The house was beautiful with lovely gardens and views. Bed was super comfy, and really nice room. Great selection for making a hot drink in the room. Bathroom was nice and big too, with a luxury bath tub.||||Breakfast was also included, we had a lovely tomato type stew, apologies to Chris, forgot what it was called, lovely whilst in a nice surroundings and a good view out the window.||||Would definitely recommend here.
