Couldn't get an appointment for over 2 years then told myself and family no longer on the books as hadnt been in 3 yrs, tried to register my 6 Yr old and told a sharp no.
So much for care in the community!
My family and I have been patients of this Amazing dental practice for over 20 years. The whole team are so professional. The receptionists always put you to ease and are so helpful and the nurses and dentists are so caring and really involve you in decisions regarding your treatment. I have a son with additional needs and for me there is no other practice I would want him to go to. He feels reassured and calm due to their wonderful ability to put him at ease. I am so grateful for this. If I could rate them more than 5 stars I certainly would.
This dentist is an absolute joke! They constantly make excuses as too why you can’t have an appointment ( they are short of dentist they say) but no dentist ever seems too stay here makes me think …they kicked me out cause I missed one appointment! They told my partner he couldn’t have an appointment with a chipped tooth cause the dentist he saw last has left! How is that his fault ? Can only get an emergency appointment with the number they give you if your in the worst pain ever! This is an excuse too get as many people off the books for less patients! You can bet your life they will kick him out with the excuse you haven’t been in 18 months when it comes round even though it’s there fault they won’t see him! Everytime I’ve been in there’s been people begging for appointments! They don’t keep dentist and I wonder why! They talk absolute rubbish and as soon as I can get my kids out I will! Only keeping them in so they don’t loose an nhs dentist! This dentist need looking into why dentist don’t stay here and closing down!

The treatment I received was absolutely brilliant.I really struggled to find a private dentist having not gone to the NHS for a few years .

John and his dental nurse went above and beyond to reassure me that everything would be fine I don't think they realised how anxious I was as they were so calm and reassuring x
I am absolutely made up with the treatment and my tooth looks perfect.

Simply the best! I’ve been a patient since it opened decades ago. I cannot fault a single thing. The staff are always helpful. Professional, kind, caring and compassionate. They excelled themselves as lockdown slowly receded.
There’s bound to be a wait for an appointment. NHS dentists are in short supply. Dentist John Becker is superb at his job. I have the utmost faith in him and would highly recommend him.
Gone downhill this place use be good struggled get appointments since covid. now kicked us all off list when my son needs emergency appointment won't last long this place
I attended this surgery last week for a root canal and to be fair I was terrified my doctor prescribed something to calm me down however even though I was a little sedated John was so reassuring and the dental nurse was so supportive even the receptionist when I made the appointment was very reassuring also the experience was pain free just a little uncomfortable so glad I had it done and won’t have to be sedated next time thank-you to all at Bryan Dental
