We just moved into the area, which meant finding a new network of professionals. Bryan was simply fantastic, and we know who to call for all appliance issues in the future. He arrived to fix a dishwasher which wasn't working when we moved in, and pinpointed the issue swiftly and effectively - despite it being a somewhat unusual one - and what is more then also took time out of his day to fix a number of other issues he spotted around the kitchen, including fixing the fitting of the dishwasher (which was incorrectly installed originally, meaning it didn't fully open). This was such a tremendous help and rare. Throughout, Bryan conveyed transparency, a deep knowledge of his field, and kindness, and was just a pleasure to chat with while he was working. We're delighted to have his number in case of future appliance issues.
No matter how hard I try and cannot find a single fault with Bryan. Above and beyond, more than reasonably priced. An engineer that diagnosed the issue with my dishwasher within seconds of listening to it and fixed within 30minutes. First time I've ever had a someone out for a home appliance. As long as he is in business and I need someone to look at one of my white goods I will be calling him. Outstanding

Totally professional service from when Alison booked my appointment through to the finished repairs by Brian. Top service for punctuality, friendliness, know-how, and determination to finish the job despite the very rusted screws holding the oven element! Would thoroughly recommend for any appliance repair. Washing machine just out of warranty, manufacturer offered to send some out, at the cost of £140 if they fixed it. For £60 call-out fee Bryan fixed it in 5 mins by clearing a blocked pressure sensor inside the machine that no online help guide mentioned. 10/10 would use again.
