Magnifique gîte. Tout pour se sentir à l'aise et passer de belles vacances au calme. Une adresse à ne pas louper pour visiter le sud ouest de la Charente.

We had a fantastic week. Absolutely gorgeous place, quiet relaxing and peaceful. Our gite was spotless, the beds were super comfy and the kitchen was equipped with everything you would need. The pool was a bonus and again squeaky clean (the owners check water quality and clean the pool every day). Ample parking. Chalais is the nearest village (about 7 minutes by car) which is lovely and has shops, supermarket, bakery, bars etc. A great base for exploring nearby places. The owners Donna and Chris were always on hand and very friendly. We have already booked for next year!
We spent 2 wonderful weeks at the gite. The owners Chris and Donna were very helpful and friendly. The gite was well equipped and met all of our needs. We look forward to a return visit.

The gite we have stayed in, had everything you need on holiday. |The house was big enough for 2 adults and 2 kids. |Maybe the beds could be a bit better tot have a good sleep, a boxspring eg.|2 terraces we're available which was Nice tot set back and relax alone.|The pool was fenced and very clean with a superb view.|
Visited with family in April and due back soon for a wedding. Would highly recommend Bruet Gites to anyone of any age. Very relaxing place to be with lovely surroundings and a swimming pool. Gites were very comfortable and felt homely. The hosts are very friendly and helpful, so will be nice to go back again. Visited a local vineyard the hosts suggested which was great and I would recommend going to see.
It's our 3rd time staying here with David & Jane who are very warm and welcoming as always. Every time we arrive here we are instantly relaxed as the gîtes are in such beautiful countryside and the pool is such a lovely place to stretch out by. David and Jane have an extensive knowledge of the local area and are always willing to offer suggestions of days out or of their favourite restaurants (which, tried and tested, never disappoint). It's lovely to chat to the other guests here and there is often a sense of community, especially when we all get together for the BBQ in the barn with drinks and music. My whole family love it here and we can't wait to return soon. Massive thank you to David & Jane for making our holiday so lovely!
