Always great service, that's why I keep returning. I had an MOT booked and a service at a later date. When Lisa phoned me to say my car was ready, they had had a cancellation and had done my service aswell. Very pleased.

Absolutely fantastic garage! From wonderful customer service from Lisa, to every member of the team. Helpful and professional. There is an ability to book a curtesy car from them. Very responsive and go extra mile. Used few times and always the same outcome. Highly recommend!
This garage was recommended to me after awful experiences at a larger garage. I have taken my car to Brooks for an unexpected repair a few weeks ago and for my MOT today. On both occasions the staff have been really friendly and welcoming and couldn't do enough to help me. The repair was done quickly while I waited and my MOT today was completed quickly and they gave me a lift to and from the garage to collect it. There was also a courtesy car they would have lent me to pick my children up after school if my car wasn't ready. They were upfront about costs and I have found their work to be excellent and very reasonably priced. I am delighted to have found Brooks and they have made taking the car to the garage a positive experience! Can't recommend them enough.

Great garage, will not go anywhere else! Very reliable and friendly. As a woman I don't feel like I'm being ripped off like some places would do. Had MOT's, servicing, cambelt change, all at a reasonable price so would highly recommend them.
Small family business done good. I've been using Brooks' for a number of years for MoT tests and servicing / repairs. Friendly and helpful, I've always found them honest and realistic with any work required. Will never use any big name garages for as long as they Brooks are in business
