The guys at Brooklyn are the only garage I've trusted in 13 years of driving, so much so that I make the trip down from the valleys whenever I need work done. Dave's a great laugh too and we often chat while he's going through my MOT results. I couldn't recommend them highly enough: really genuine and will tell you if something needs doing straight away or whether it can wait (unlike most garages who tell you everything is urgent).
Terrible service, terrible communication. Kept my car for 4 weeks. Could not tell us what was wrong or a price to fix it. But kept the car anyway to try and fix it. Dave kept saying I’ll call you with updates, never did we had to chase all the time. Then finds out Dave been slagging us off to a mutual friend cos we’ve been wanting to know what is wrong with our car. Would never use again

Best garage around. I used to live in Newport, moved to Bristol area around a year ago, which is about 30 miles away. I still go to Brooklyn's for any work on my car, not only the quality of work is top notch, they're just a really good bunch of people. Trust me, you want a good mechanic that's not money focused, go and see Dave at Brooklyns. To say they're best around is an understatement.
Knows their stuff and if they don't they know someone who will. Reliable and driven to do a great job quickly.
Fantastic service. Had a weird noise not long ago, Dave drove it and gave it a thorough once over, jacked it up, reassured me, then refused to accept any payment as there was nothing wrong! He did spot my tyres weren't great, I came back yesterday and they replaced them and tracked them, great job and a great price. Lovely guys, Dave is the man. Cheers guys.
