After my own drs cancelled my sons booster appointment twice, I rang and was told to bring him up to the walk in clinic. He has special needs and the nurse immediately took him for his jab. I was very stressed and she was absolutely amazing with my son and myself. Thank you so much , you lovely lady
Rude, incompetent, unprofessional staff (Elizabeth & Sandra) Disgusted with their attitude. Tried to blame me for not delivering my medicene on time. I have been without medication for days even though I ordered them on time. When the medication arrived there were items missing. Being rude is obviously a trend looking at other reviews and it has not been addressed by management. Shameful behaviour.Not delivering medication on time and missing out items is a Brook Pharmacy speciality.
They have now reached an all time low. Getting family members to write positive reviews and then thanking them for it while ignoring real complaints and giving false emails to report complaints. Staff are a reflection of their managers and I can safely say Sandra is the worst person I have ever had the misfortune to meet.
Rude and ignorant staff on phones. Called to order my medication, got told to ring prior to needing the medication, closed on weekend though? I work full time and in the nhs too. Maybe the pharmacy needs to open longer hours so patients can collect their medications.
The first time i went into the pharmacy for a vaccine they made me wait 30 mins to tell me that i couldn’t get the vaccine and they were very rude about it. The second time i went they made me wait 1 hour again and told me they couldn’t give me it. They took my date of birth at the beginning so they knew my age as well. They have wasted so much of my time and not even apologised for making me wait for no reason.
I took my elderly father here to get his Covid booster. When I called and explained that he had limited mobility and was on oxygen they said a nurse would administer the vaccine whilst he was in the car. All staff, from the one on the telephone to the receptionist and the nurse on the day couldn't have been more helpful and polite. Thank you.
The staff here are very rude and unhelpful. They are not willing to help anyone. Terribe work ethic.

Extremely rude staff with long queues whenever I go to the pharmacy. spoke to one of the dispensers who was very rude to me despite me trying to be nice. Wouldnt recommend the pharmacy to anyone
