Hice un pedido para que me trajesen a casa la comida. Vino el repartidor, me lo dejo y faltaba la mitad de la comida, además de lo que me trajeron estaba en mal estado .
Lo peor fue cuando llame al restaurante para reclamarla, el dueño me dijo que el repartidor se lo dejo allí, que por que no había comprobado el pedido yo en el momento , es decir pretendía que en medio de la calle, abriese los tapper ware con la comida para comprobar si estaba el pedido o no. Y cuando le pregunté, si me lo iban a traer, me dijo que no sabía, que el había reclamado a la central de servicios y que no sabía si me iba a traer la comida. Un auténtico desastre de servicio y de mala calidad.
I have ordered a meal to this restaurant and believe me , this is a tremendous disaster. First of all , they only bring half of the food and the food the bring have a horrible smell. Afterwards, I made a call to the restaurant and the owner told me than was the delivery man fault due he forgot the food, then he asked me if I checked the order before took inside of my house, so I believe this guy pretended than I open the tapper wares outside and check if the did their job properly. Then, he told me than he called the service company in order to request another service. Then, I kindly asked if they will bring the food to my house and he said than he doesn’t know. This is a clear example of incompetence and not customer orientation, basically the fault is of the delivery man, mine and the service company. Unavailable!!!!
He realizado un pedido por teléfono y el propio dueño me lo acercó. La paella estaba riquísima.
Comida excelente, de muy buena calidad, raciones cuantiosas y trato excelente!!
Ademas tiene muy bien precio ????

El mejor restaurante .recomiendo el mojo canario y alioli de escándalo de bueno conejo en salsa ..y si no pidete unas vueltas están buenísimas camareros atentos y muy profesionales
