Everyone is always so nice and helpful.

I called this morning as I had a broken filling and was seen today.

As soon as I walked in he made me feel at ease. He completely understand nervous patients.

Dr.Vyas, is amazing and I'd be lost without him that's for sure.

Thank you for helping me smile again.

A filling fell out of my tooth the same day I tried to make an appointment. I got an emergency visit in two weeks and then it was cancelled. I had to wait another two weeks for my next visit. In the room the dentist said that she would not do this to me because I did not have the old filling with me. Then I had to make another appointment. The dentist advised me that I can buy a filling and seal the tooth until the visit. After that, the infection ended because the emergency kit filling was in my tooth for too long and I lost the tooth.

I went for a consultation with Dr Vyas. I am a nervous patient when it comes to needles but I expressed my concerns.

Went back for the tooth extraction and filling, 3 injections! But honestly was the easiest experience I've had with a dentist! He was reassuring, and let me put both earphones in for music. He did everything so quick. Highly recommend. I am very happy to have a permanent dentist again :D Thank you

Been attending this dentist for over 10 years, I have never had any issues with getting an appointment with Dr.Vyas, and if it’s an emergency appointment I have always been able to get one when needed.

He has been professional each time I have had to visit, always takes great care and his clinic (upstairs) is always spotless.

Such a shame people confuse upstairs; with downstairs.

We had to attend an appointment for a tooth extraction. Whilst the dentist was lovely and reassuring the actual clinic is disgusting. It is rundown and absolutely filthy! It looks and feels unhygienic! If it wasn’t for the fact that my child needed their tooth extracting urgently, I would have walked out.

I have been coming here for a few years now and can honestly say, its the best dentist I’ve attended. I attend upstairs and my kids used to attend downstairs, but we managed to change them to attend with me. My kids were always nervous to attend, but that gets put at ease, firstly by Hayley on reception and then the calm voice of Dr Vyas. Hayley is the ideal person on reception as she’s really helpful and understanding to my appointment needs around work etc…Any and all contact is taken up professionally, which is one of the reasons i like attending the dentist.

Find it strange how there wasn’t any reviews for ages, then all of a sudden 3 ‘bad’ ones?? I posted my review as ive had to attend 3 weeks in a row now and their professionalism hasn’t slipped once!

I've been going to see Dr Vyas for many years now after previously seeing a mix of other dentist who i recieved terrible service from. He's the only dentist I trust and always makes me feel at ease. Several of my family members attend here including my 18 month old son.

Such a shame there are alot of negative reviews on here for the other practise in the same building, doesn't justly reflect the quality service you receive

Disgraceful service from the receptionist. Registering with a new practice now. I called twice before my appointment to which I was greeted with an automated response. I have just had a baby and there was an issue today with leaving the house in time for the appointment. I asked to reschedule an appointment and was then interrogated why I couldn’t attend on Thursday instead when I have a midwife coming over. It’s none of your receptionists business why another day doesn’t suit me and none of your business what time my midwife is coming over.
