The man was rude when I called to book, rude to my wife when she dropped the car at 9am (she is oh so sweet) and rude to me when I called asking for an update on the MOT 5 hours later which he hadn't started yet as he had 10 other cars booked according to him. I asked him nicely to not speak to me like that for no reason, he got even more rude and told me if I wasn't happy I could pick it up immediately without MOT... which of course I did. This cost me a return taxi trip. Yet he had the guts to call wife as I was on my way asking if we still wished to have the MOT done. Some people just think they can talk to others like they are doing them a favour taking their money. NEVER AGAIN, and if you read this... you were warned! Not the place to go for "polite service", more like "abuse for a fee."
my car needed to repairs to pass MOT
which was fine . I was told that i would be phoned back 3 times about the price and when to bring my car back in and i was never contacted . Seems like a good mechanic but admin needs improvement. Took my car elsewhere to be repaired and was done before my MOT ran out . I’m not impressed with how my car was left afterwards…. Bonnet arm broken…..
Great service and really knowledgeable, I've had a wheel shake issue for a year, misdiagnosed by 3 different garages. Knew instantly how to fix it. Very very happy to have found Bristol Road
Brilliant! Had a problem with the central locking on our car. No doubt official dealership would have charged us a bomb to fix it. Brewers diagnosed and fixed the problem in under two hours. About £50ish total. Thanks Brewers, great work and much appreciated!
Polite and friendly service and always a good job done whenever I've used them. Pricing appears reasonable for the work done and they don't seem to charge for work that's not technically necessary which is more than can be said for some places! Parking available onsite and they're not too far out of town so you can wander down for a coffee while you're waiting.
Literally can’t fault the service I received from Brewers. I was incredibly stressed the day before a wedding and managed to miss-fuel my car.
They arrived within 15mins and told me to call 2 hours later and it would all be sorted.
True to their word they sorted the car and I was road worthy within the 2 hours, plus it was cheaper than any other wrong fuel service advertised online.
Absolute diamonds, saved me a ton of stress, literally can’t recommend them enough!
Fantastic service and super quick. Excellent rates. Car has been in twice now once for a tyre change and second for a full exhaust change. Highly recommend anyone to use this garage.
Service is excellent and I was charged a lot less than my previous garage had quoted for the work.I had been recommended to use Bristol Road Garage by 2 friends and I am so pleased that I had my car repaired there.
