Food is delicious ! Lots of choice and good size portions ,never had a bad meal here. We dined upstairs where the views out the windows are lovely and the service is great , nothing too much trouble. The beer batter onion rings are so good !
I was told about Brinsley Lodge by a friend and was surprised how good the food was. The price was less than you would pay at Wetherspoons, but the quality and quantity were far superior. We are definitely going back to try the rest of the menu. I would have given it 10 out of 10, but one member of the staff was a bit on the serious side with no warmth or smiles. This is just my honest point of view. All in all, exerlant all-around experience and would recommend.
This is the second time in two weeks I have been to this pub and restaurant, it's brilliant. I am just in the process of booking for a larger group to go at a lunch time. The food is outstanding for the price and is delicious. Good decor, great staff, outside seating for warmer days and large car park and play area for children. Brilliant keep up the good work guys. Here's a test for you. Have a main meal at lunch and see if you can finish it. Best of luck I couldn't, I had to take home a goody bag for later
Had hunters chicken and it was out within 10 minutes of my order, food was delicious too. Staff are friendly and accommodating to all creatures. Decor is beautiful, makes it a perfect place to stop off when on the trails
It ok for a midweek lazy dinner, fairly average food, sometimes its great, sometimes its bad but usually its just alright, keep going back so can't be that bad.
The specials are huge, make sure your hungry as I wasn't expecting so much food!
Worth a stop if your local and hungry. Staff are always friendly and although always seems to be understaffed they are always trying their best to please everyone.
Amazing food here. The staff are great and are always welcoming. They will go above and beyond to help. The food is outstanding and great price too. A regular place I visit !

Food nice portions seem to have got smaller, smaller slice of pie, less meat in the lasagne. Perhaps we were just particularly hungry on the day. Will go again.
