I moved to Brim about a year ago with my 1 year old and they have been wonderful with us, he is always getting sick from nursery and they always check him iver for me if he has a rash or whatever, when we’ve had prescription sent to them it is ready in less than an hour to collect and the staff are always so friendly and kind in the shop. So glad we don’t have to go to the one in inky anymore!
Very pleased with the service, I now have a couple of prescriptions and they took the time to explain how I could sign up with NHS and it saves me money.
This pharmacy has been done up since I last visited quite a while ago. It doesn't seem to have as much 'other' stock in the shop as it used to. The lay out is better, sometimes the staff take a bit of a while to come and serve you and don't always have prescribed medication in stock.
I moved from this pharmacy as it lacked efficiency and first class service that was in place with the previous Pharmacist Haroon. I have now signed up to his online Pharmacy which delivers directly to your door and my first class service has been resumed.
Excellent service quick, informative and thoroughly professional. The nurse I think her name was Janace was most reassuring. A thumbs up from me!
Always been awesome with me and always very quickly doing any prescriptions.
My mum hasn't had her creams or her potassium tablets that she ordered on 27th April. The potassium tablets were very urgent but no nothing arrived. Will be going straight up there tomorrow when back open. No communication with patients at all and blame it on the doctors and actually the doctor mum sees is extremely good. Don't blame the doctor for your incompetence.
Just spoken to the rudest individual on the phone. Was told by 111 I needed to speak to be seen by a health professional in 24hrs regards my back pain. Specifically told to contact this pharmacy as the closest to me and they would send a referral through. The woman on the phone however had no idea what I was talking about which is fine if the referral hasn't come through yet. However, halfway through our conversation she starts talking to someone else about a controlled drugs delivery for around a minute before telling me I need to speak to the pharmacist after 4 as he is on his lunch and then has a while host of stuff to do.
Perhaps a little compassion wouldn't go a miss!
