A lovely little bakery with all kinds of bread, cake and savoury delights. The lady who runs it is always happy & it's a delight to visit this shop.
So lucky to have such a fantastic bakers just down the road, very friendly staff and cakes out of this world! I am addicted to their 'Fondant Fancies' Thank you again Brightlingsea Bakery : )
Surprisingly for a bakery ( unless I'm mistaken) you can get curry dishes and snacks here. They are great too! Recommended
Delicious produce as always. Picked up some lunch bits and the kids had to have a biscuit and cake :-)
Lovely bakery good old fashion feel don't see many anyone. It has grate cake choices and to top it all off it has a small curry counter what has an excellent curry served in a take out container can evan get it hot to take back to your beach hut or eat in the go i would recommend this bakery / curry take out to anyone go take a look you will not regret it
Unfortunately they didn't have any of the spicy Indian pastys left, but it was very late in the day. Nice idea to have Indian dishes and pastries alongside the usual bakery items
Bread uncut excellent - crusty rolls are very nice - sausage rolls no taste - cakes delightful- take away curry ok but not enough for the price
To be honest not the best bakers. Purchased doughnuts you couldn't bite into them wonder if they were made by The London Rubber Company?Purchased a cake the cake was dry and the icing was artificial it was yuk. Bread isn't too bad but depends on what loaf you purchase. Would not recommend.
