This pharmacy is the best one I've used in brighouse they always have my prescription when I need it the staff are really professional ,helpful and polite.
Twice I have needed this pharmacy to get an emergency prescription for my son. The last time was this morning. On both occasions I have found them courteous, efficient and helpful. Thank you so much. With your Saturday opening it will be much easier for me to help him pick up his prescription.
Outstanding Quality Of Service: I had concerns regarding my blood pressure and wanted a BP check after ringing around nearly 11 other Pharmacies, this pharmacy was the only one willing to offer the service. The Pharmacist on duty was very pleasant, kind and very informative. He also gave me useful healthy lifestyle advice and answered a few other questions which put my concerns to rest. Highly recommended, keep up the brilliant work. Truly Amazing.

Excellent customer service, and staff are always very friendly. They contacted other pharmacies in the area for me when they couldn't fulfil a prescription themselves, which is beyond the standard levels of service I've received from the larger chains. The fact they are open outside of normal working ours is also fantastic, especially when other commitments mean you can't collect in the typical 9-5 window.
Great service. I have had a repeat prescription here for many years. It's very clear how long it takes to process and there are never any mistakes. The staff aw helpful and friendly. I have just seen the pharmacist who is cheerful, friendly and helpful even during the covid-19 crisis when he is working 12-hour days to help our community. Friendly and professional staff with highly convenient opening hours, which was really lacking in Brighouse! The staff are always polite even when I have to badger them to download my prescription there and then because it's more convenient for me. :-)
Twice now they have tracked down the right item for me and hold it in stock so I no longer have to worry about not being able to get hold of it. This is a godsend when you're reliant on something that can't be ordered too far in advance. I had problems with a generic item and needed an alternative; the doctor was not convinced (generics are supposed to be tested for efficacy) but Qamar took me seriously and found an alternative. This is great customer service!
And finally, they actually have enough staff on to meet the demand - how refreshing! No more "she's on her lunch, come back in an hour".
Highly recommended, and it was a pleasure to switch from the unfriendly service at B***s on Commercial Street :-)
