I have just recently changed to this Chemist for my prescriptions. I visited the chemist twice and both times they were very efficient and courteous. The owner is very approachable and she is very efficient as are her staff .
Example .
My first prescription was efficiently sorted out for me . I picked my prescription up although I was going yo have it delivered and and as I was passing I decided to go in and collect it , it was ready waiting for me .
The next day a had a consultation with my Dr over the phone and he decided to up the dosage of one of my prescribed tablets that I had already collected. I was amazed that the next day there was a knock at my front door with the new dosage from the Chemist was delivered , taking into account that I had only picked my prescription two days earlier . Th lead Chemist went above and beyond to check my details and to get the new prescription delivered rather than me wait another month to change it when my next prescription was due .

All goes well with my medication being delivered until an item is unavailable then NOTHING gets delivered and no one calls to inform me of the delay. GP sent prescription to pharmacy on Wednesday 20th so when not delivered by 5pm on 22nd I called the pharmacy to be told 1 item of 10 ordered is not in stock and all items are normally delivered when any missing item is in. The missing item is a non.essential sharps bin with no date known when it will be in stock but other medications is essential. I am told next delivery would be Monday by which time I will have run out of 2 items. I have a fractured foot, using crutches and currently unable to drive so need to get someone to collect meds for me. This is 3rd time the same issue has occurred so need to change pharmacy.
Just dropped in to the chemist. Absolutely disgusting behavior with one member of staff saying not their problem I can't access this medication as it's been prescribed by the hospital. Disgusting arrogant attitude by members of staff. The clearly can't care less... Even one star is too much to give to this place . PLEASE avoid this place at all cost . There much more helpful chemists locally who actually care and help people that walk through their door. I will absolutely not be bullied into removing my documented experience of the visit! I don't usually write reviews only on instances that I have had appalling experience and where I feel the right thing to do would be to warn other ppl. You may be aware that ppl are more likely to write a review after a bad experience!!! Instead of apologizing for your rude staff you are making excuses for them.. sums the place up and the thuggish culture! In your response you state that " you are unable to grasp the advice and instructions" that is exactly how the ladies were talking down to me I can see from the tone in your feedback that this is widespread in your practice. Located in this area you and your staff think it's acceptable to talk down to us in that patronizing condescending tone. It was your most senior staff that Said " it is not our problem" And finally my issue was not that the medicine was not available at your store but the rude, arrogant behavior and mistreatment from the staff. I hope you read and process this feedback and perhaps remind your staff of basic manners and if you have budget enrol them on to a customer service course. For the record there was no aggression from my part I walked out upset and disturbed having been treated by your staff in that manner. No I was not told not to come I was told to come quickly as you were due to close at 1pm !!?! So you are also liars shame on you !!!
This pharmacy has recently got new management and I am amazed by the high quality of service I have received, I have only just recently started using this pharmacy, I wish I had done it earlier, the staff are friendly and really helpful , very polite. In the past from my old pharmacy, I have had a lot of problems getting my medication on time, but since joining this one, I have never had to wait, it has always been ready when they have said it would be, even when I was owed some medication, they delivered it as soon as the next day when they got a new supply. I highly recommend, that if you need a new pharmacy, you should consider using this one, they won’t let you down.
The tall male with the glasses on is the most helpful and generous staff there. I had a query of my medication and he went out of his way using his time to help me with that. I have seen him with other customers doing the same as he did with me. I recommend this pharmacy for everyone as their services has been the best out of all the other pharmacies I have come across.
I’ve recently moved over here and I’ve not managed to get into a doctors yet. But I managed to get my prescription from here without any hassle, staff super helpful and friendly and even gave me a months supply instead of onto a few days worth. ????
Very happy with the service, nice little independent store. I will certainly be using it more often in future.
Unfortunately not as happy the following times, due to my electronic prescription being mislaid I was asked out loud in front of a number of other customers what was on my order. It was very embarrassing for me but I felt under pressure to answer.
Don’t ever use this pharmacy needed to pick my husband an sister medicine up they both was not in no state to go pick ther medication up an wasnt letting anyone else apart from them pick it up on top of that the guy who works ther with the glasses whos from stoney home is a corrupt one the sly one I seen him tell one of the pharmacist just give that old man the medicine an just make his prescription when that old man did not have a prescription for that medicine. They always lose medication several of times I had to get new prescriptions from the doctors cause these lot cAnt do ther job.
