I am the worst dental patient, I have never had a non traumatic experience at a dentist, private or NHS. The reception staff, and both the women that treated me were absolutely amazing. I cannot fault them, I've never had such a smooth experience at the dentist I even started to relax towards the end. Amazing, truly. Thank you guys!

urned up a little late the NHS 111 gave the wrong postcode it was 3LU but should have been 3LS hopefully, others will see this and help them out if it happens to them. however, all was good and they understood. I Was seen quickly, everything got sorted swiftly and promptly. Many thanks, to those who pulled my tooth out.

Sent here by 111. Phoned 111 at 2am on Saturday, called back by dental advisor at 8am, given appointment at 9.30am. Everyone was very friendly & professional. Dentist & dental nurse were brilliant & understood the pain I was experiencing. Thank you.
Had my first ever tooth pulled today. I was very nervous which I explained to the nurses and I was blown away by the support and the comfort that I was shown by the team! From reception to having the OP absolutely amazing vibes all round and the nurses made me feel really at home. Some very very lovely people work in there, who all went above and beyond to make sure I was feeling okay! Thanks again for making everything seem so fine and easy! Big love
A massive thank you to the staff at this place.. 111 sent me here on a Sunday (mothers day) for major tooth issue. Alistaire is an absolute star.. put my mind at ease, convinced me to have the tooth out which I wanted out anyway, but giving issues.. but he stuck with it and it finally came out after a decent fight. Lovely crack when it did go, but I can't thank them enough. Fully recommend these guys. Sorry you had to work Mothers day, but so so grateful. Steve from Shaftsbury way. (Henstridge)
