Made a mistake with booking my car in, but the guys still managed to fit the car in for a service top service and will be using them again
Excellent service. Very knowledgeable about Bentley and Rolls Motor cars. My self and others including friends take our Bentleys there for repairs. Always very helpful, all the staff are excellent ????
Had my Bentley booked in to be looked at as the battery was playing up and my neighbour had recommended this garage for work on Bentleys. On way to garage broke down on main roundabout and could not move the car! My partner was driving and she rang the garage and they came out and got her started and followed her back to the garage, all in under 30 mins! Car repaired and back to us now. Very speedy service, excellent price and amazing customer service! This garage is a hidden gem!!! Will highly recommend to all our friends!
Fantastic local garage for me, fit my car with brake problems in at the last minute and did a quick and professional service for a far better price than my usual garage.
Really knowledgable people there who you can trust, they do all my family's cars now.
Claims to use premium parts to drive up the price (part wasn't) , spends hours doing 30min jobs and then goes far over there own quote.
Unless you like to be heavily overcharged then avoid.
Only paid as the job was completed already.
Terrible! Broke down just down the road from this garage so went there out of convienence. They were fine to take the car in and fix it, then when it came to collection we were told we could come and pay the following day (as father in law who actually owns the car was coming to area next day and they do not take payment over phone) arrived from our home over half hour away, with our 1 year old in car thinking would be a quick signature, only to be told we were liars and had never been advised to collect and that if we collected our car we would be reported to the police as we had to have their permission to take the car now that they had fixed it!! We had every intention of paying the bill as arranged the following day so we weren't pulling a fast one we only came to collect as they said it would be ok. Ended up father in law had to come from home and out of work early to pay there and then (another hour trip when he would be passing the garage the following morning and could have paid as arranged earlier). Basically one member of staff said was ok then boss decide no it not and just didn't tell us! Do not use this garage. Owner is rude, swore at us, didn't care that our 1 year old had to sit in car for extra hour due to their incompetence and repeatedly called us and my father in law liars. We would never have come to collect if they hadn't ok'd it. Why would we?!
I have been using Bridge Garage since 2004 Peter & Nick, provide a first class service at competitive prices. I would highly recommend them.
