I've used these guys a number of times now and can't rate them enough. Super friendly and really helpful staff. They always take the time to run through the issues and do a fantastic job at a reasonable price.
Having recently moved to the area, i've had few bad experiences with other local garages, so I'm chuffed to find a mechanic in Alcester that I can trust.
Took my m140i in to get the handbrake cables sorted and some rear brake pads among other minor bits, want to say a massive thanks to Beanie staying behind late to get it done so i ccould still get to work that night. Top notch service enjoy the beers lad.

Great service from these guys. Had issue with brakes on car the day before I was heading to the south coast. They were fully booked but worked on it that evening so that it was safe the following day. Nice people as well so win win ????????
Stressed pensioner on the way to a hospital apptmt, the car warning lights came on, U-turn back to Alcester for help.
1st garage we came to couldn't help (said short-staffed + a 2-day wait) so headed on to Bridge Garage.) What lovely blokes..!
Explained the dilemma "So let's have a quick look" was the reply (all 4 tires checked; pressure was the issue) so all quickly adjusted/re-set; ready to safely continue our journey. Their can-do attitude and a cheery smile reassured we were also in knowledgeable and safe hands. Knew what was wrong, quickly sorted it, couldn't ask for better..! Thankfully we could also keep our hospital appointment (as it could have been months for another one if we had to cancel) so it's a very big "Thank you" to our Bridge Boys..!

Visited Bridge Garage Services today and was greeted by two very polite, smart and professional individuals. I think their names were Chris & James. They were both very helpful and knowledgeable. I will always trust them with all of my motoring needs and would highly recommend them and their services.
Broke down on Bank Holiday Friday afternoon. BGS agreed to take my car, leant me a courtesy car to keep me mobile and had my burnt out clutch fixed by the following Thursday. Amazing service. So grateful.
