Kyriakides/Saunders. I had tended to agree with the one star ratings until recently. However my last couple of visits to the pharmacy have been dealt with very efficiently and yesterday I had amazing service, sorting out a problem that had arisen from a prescription that had not been updated, even though requested from the surgery. Now that the workload has been divided between two pharmacies, let us hope that the recent improvement will continue and we can all be happy with our local prescription service.
Mohini was an amazingly efficient and friendly member of the Bridge Cottage Pharmacy. She dealt with a very long queue quite quickly and my prescription was ready in 5 minutes rather than the notified 15. I guess the dispensing staff were on the ball too. Excellent seevice
As the General Manager of Gold Care Homes , my two homes have been with Bridgecottage pharmacy since 5 and half years. I find the service very reliable and proactive of receiving our medication on time especially after the weekly GP ward round . One of my care home has moved to a new system ,electronic mar chart , the transistion was so smoothly without any issue. I would like to thank Jay and his team for his support of providing covid vaccinations for all our residents and staff back in 2019 and follow with boosters. This approach has helped us to continue to drive the service , provide excellent care and protect our well being. Thank you again
used that pharmacy for monthly repeat prescription since it started. They are very busy and behave as independent from the GP surgery. Nearly 30% of time they give you the bag of medication and there is one or more drug missing without highlighting that on the pack *** please phone before going and check your medication inside the pack before leaving *** last week I discovered that there is an essential medication missing, I discovered it before leaving the pharmacy and I was told to come back next week to collect, However they had it in stock.!!! very rude may be because of work load.
Wouldn’t give me my emergency prescription of an inhaler that 111 sent over to them for me. Said it’s not a necessary prescription and I don’t need it. But the 111 clinician sent the emergency prescription over because I needed an emergency inhaler.
Terrible - been going for years. Pharmacists are incredibly rude. I would never use them for advice. Always a long wait and the prescription are never ready. I moved to Waitrose pharmacy - polite, professional and always have my prescription ready.
Katie helped me with a prescription that was not straight forward and needed to be ordered in, but she made it a smooth process, keeping me updated on what was happening all the time and when the medicines had arrived. Great service and will switch to use Bridge Cottage more often.
