Immensely satisfied with the service that I received today. I'd rang my own GP for out of hours and the phone line just went dead, St Helens walk in centre had a wait of 4 hours already even at 12pm.
I went to Donlons, was served by the wonderful pharmacist Tina, and within 30mins, I'd had a thorough consultation and was prescribed antibiotics - I wasn't expecting to be able to get these, at best I thought otc medication, so I was very pleased when she was able to help me so much today. Thank you, I won't hesitate in going again if I ever need anything.
Not my normal pharmacy but sent here by the 111 service. First class service both on the telephone & in person. Credit were credit is due, thank you ????
Normally a very good chemist , but today has been anything but. I called in for my prescription and was prepared to wait as it was busy, so I’m there half an hour, but I’m seeing people arrive after me and leave before me with their prescriptions, after 45 minutes I’m really annoyed and I queue up again, as I’m guessing I was forgotten about, I finally see someone else,and the prescription comes straightaway, so obviously forgotten about, no word of apology for this mishap, I’m thoroughly disgusted.

1 star at best. My daughter was waiting 40 mins. People went in after her and out before her. Wouldn't mind but the stuff she needed was already boxed so no need to even look hard for it. Had to ask twice before getting sorted. Could of gone Liverpool and back to get her perception for how long it took them. Ridiculous

Went to my pharmacy this morning was first in the que 8 am pharmacist waved me in politely had to be in work for 8.30 I’ve been using this pharmacy since 2018 the man behind the counter was a proper gentleman he came a served me he knew why he did I no why he did he just acted like men should your a fine example of a man and as for the rest of the staff there always very polite and helpful over the years I’ve used this chemist I’ve seen and heard for myself some of the foul and Abusive language they suffer like at 8 am this morning but as I’ve always seen always been dealt with a professional smile well done for the excellent service you do provide ❤️
