Held my birthday Sunday lunch here for 22 guests. We pre-ordered from the Sunday lunch menu, and their team were really accommodating letting me decorate the table, and serving drinks on arrival before we sat down. I also brought in my own wines paying corkage.
Lovely old building and Jayne the chef did a great job with the food, and I definitely recommend the roast beef which was really lean.
All-in-all a very enjoyable time was had by everyone, and many thanks to Stacey and the team for being so helpful on the day.
Fantastic building- wonderful experience all round.
Super clean, great menu, great food, great staff. Well done to everyone involved. We were served quickly as a walk in group of 5. Highly recommended
Fantastic warm stop after very chill day in Warwick castle in early March. Nice atmosphere, delicious food and amazing pieces of history right in the dining hall. Loved it!
2 hour road parking is nearby.
The entrance is on a hill. It's full of our schooldays' history so everyone can relate to the house itself
Wow ...beautiful medieval banquet Hall with such a personal service from an amazing team. Please forgive us if we got your name wrong ? Lisa ? But I'm sure everyone will know who I'm referring too. You were so friendly and helpful and outstanding from the rest of the team too. The food was delightful ???? and so tasty. At a very reasonable price. Thank you so much we will definatley be back. A lovely warm welcome from Brother Gordon followed by excellent service and food. The best ploughman's I have ever tasted followed by home made (still warm) cream tea.
Can't recommend enough just fabulous
A real find, very homely, warm, personable service, and a very simple but inviting menu. The food is all cooked by their chef on the day, and it is easy to tell, as it all tastes fresh, especially their scones - just gorgeous.
The setting is incredible, steeped in Elizabethen history, where we sipped our coffee next to a wardrobe reportedly given by Elizabeth the I to her supposed lover Robert Dudley, it was ace.
Defo recommend it, very homely, with home cooking to match.
We were invited to a private black tie party. A great historic and comfortable venue and high quality food (in the context of catering for more than 70 people at one sitting).
