I took my very scared 8 year old son in for an appointment today. Last time he went he had 3 fillings with no numbing gel and the pain was so bad he was terrified of ever going again,
Today I managed to get him in again ( just ) and there was a new dentist, he was absolutely Amazing with both my children so friendly and reassuring, he talked my children through exactly what he was doing. The lady with him was super lovely too, My son and daughter both came out smiling and happy. I really do hope these 2 are there on our next visit.

They are big scammers first they told me bring statement if you are really eligible for free dental care but after treatment they said you need to pay 70£, they lock the door even before I discuss with them you have already said it’s free treatment. The lady over there was such badly behave. Be aware sudden my mind was stop working even though I had to make a call to police like they stopped us by locked all doors,, they are rubbish people be aware from them. I see already they have negative reviews but my fault I didn’t noticed before visit them. I must report them in NHS BECAUSE these kinds of people didn’t deserve licence
Had an appointment Today for my 10 year old son ..his been having a tooth ache for a while managed to get next day appointment but had the worse experience
It was a male Asian dentist apparently named David …the worse!
He was more focused on jamming to the radio than treating my son well.
He was so rough and wanted to pull the tooth out without numbing him until I asked ,and when my son needed to spit I had to ask them to let him dentist was just carrying on,his face looked in disgust when my son was spitting out blood and had zero patience with him ,no reassurance either he was just keen on getting us out.
My son said he was so rough and he had to shout out he was in pain for him to stop when he was injecting the numbing
How can u be soo heartless to a child ..why do such job with no patience or great customer service ,

My kids love the Asian lady that they normally see not sure why we got him today ????????????
Cancelled my appointment on numerous occasions. Didn't think to leave a voicemail letting me know that it was cancelled either ????????♂️
Shocking place. (Sent on behalf of my partner who is a patient).
Cancelled my children's appointments 6 times. The past three times they've lied and said they tried to call me I haven't changed my number. Same person has been sick everytime this has been going on since April
Haven’t had the best experiences with dentists in the past. Came in today after trying to delay any work for ages. I didn’t get the lady’s name but she was absolutely amazing. Took her time as she knew I was nervous and talked me through everything. I won’t be nervous to go back from now on! :)
Zero stars if I could. An absolutely shocking service. Terrible practice. Receptionist is extremely rude. The dental treatment is rough and painful. My filling has fallen out and my Invisalign has still not been corrected/finished two years after the predicted time due to negligence from dentist. Complete lack of care from practice manager. I’ve raised a formal complaint. Honestly avoid this dentists if you can. I rarely leave reviews, but my experience here was truly awful.
I’m calling in to book an emergency appointment as advised by the NHS and the receptionist keep hanging up the call on me for no reason. I don’t know what to do now as my wife is in severe pain
