Always helpful we can't fault them and they are so busy
When Sainsbury's were doing prescriptions ours were not ready after 8 days so I got my prescriptions back and went to Brenans and explained I git my prescription the next day and changed to them, happy day's
The staff here are amazing and lovely. Always helpful whenever I go in. This branch is extremely busy and have also gained more patients since llyods have shut down. I don't think people should be so hard on this branch, when the staff are working so hard with even more work. Some people need more patience ???? ???? I have always been happy here and never had any issues, so thank you to all of you here and keep up the good work ???? ???? .

Always found this pharmacy to be helpful, staff are empathic and understanding, with a willingness to go the extra mile where possible. Great service.
I've been trying to call the pharmacy for 2days now and no one is answering,it's just ringing out and eventually told they can't answer phone right now and to call back later,you don't have the opportunity to leave a message and it's so frustrating,I only want to ask a question about my prescription,it's just really bad service
I used to be pleased with the service, although several times I have had medication missing. They have now been taken over and the service is even worse.
I would give them no stars if I could, picked prescription up on 2 December collected medication 7 December only to be told some items missing come back in 3 to 4 days for missing item. Went to collect item on 12 December and was told “We can’t find what your missing go home and check what you need” surely they keep a record of missing items. It’s definitely a joke pharmacy, take your cash for prescription then have no knowledge of what they didn’t put in your bag.
It's taken 6 days to get my repeat prescription out of Brenda's they blamed the Dr but I proved to them about they mistake, now they state its taking at least 48hrs from when your prescription is printed by them. If you need your medication urgently do not go here.
