Lee did a good job on the car. Slight unexpected issue was resolved quickly and for a reasonable price. Lee is a man of many talents and my 1.4 Skoda now runs like an M sport only with better fuel economy.
Excellent service and communication while my car was in the garage. I failed my MOT at a different garage and they asked for a lot to repair it. Not only did Lee fix it cheaper but he also threw in a new pair of tyres and a retest, all this while keeping me on the loop at all times.
Took my car to Brecon Motors for MOT and service and was well impressed with the friendly and professional service I received. Lee was more than happy to keep me updated throughout the needed repairs on my car and provided fair and transparent prices. Couldn’t fault this garage and will be returning again in the future! Would definitely recommend to anyone???? 10/10 service!
Had an issue with my brakes on a Friday afternoon. Called up and Lee was incredibly helpful despite having already finished work for the day. Took the car in the next morning which was looked at by Ryan within 40 minutes of dropping it off and got a really detailed and clear explanation of what the problem was. Left the car with them and it was all done and ready to be collected early Monday afternoon. Lee sent photos of all the old worn out parts and the new parts being used to replace them through WhatsApp, which is the most transparent service with a garage I have ever had. Really reasonably priced, very friendly team and a brilliant job done. Can't fault them at all! Will definitely be returning for any future car problems. Thanks again Lee and team!

Great garage! Lee answered my whatsap the evening car broke down, sent me pics of work he was doing whilst car was at garage, making sure it wasnt more expensive than it had to be, and built trust and communication which is priceless. He is now helping my son find his first car. Garages can be intimidating places, especially for women, Brecon Motors isn't, they are helpful and approachable, and did a great job on my car. Called Brecon Motors about a faulty starter motor that needed replacing.. dropped my car to them same day and came back within 2 hours with a new one fitted in hassle free. Excellent service all around.
Great mechanic in Cardiff! Will see me at short notice, reasonable price, proactive and great communication. Also a very nice guy! Will stick with this mechanic in the Cardiff area for the future too.
