Always go to Paul and Ian for all my servicing and MOT requirements. Straight forward and honest, hard to find good garage and this is the best in Weston, negative reviews are probably posted by rival garages

I've dealt with this company to get several vehicles MOT'd that I've owned. The experience has been good until the last time I went. The gentleman (I'm being generous) was rude about my car when I took it in. It failed both the initial MOT and the retest for the same thing. I went to another garage and was told that the wrong emissions test had been done given the age of the car. I was also shown corrosion issues under the car that should have been a failure but were not failed by the garage. I went to another garage because the garage owner was so rude and argumentative. He would not even listen to what I was saying. I had a friend drive me there to pick my car up and she couldn't believe how rude the man was. I called this company to ask about the incorrect emissions test and I was met with rudeness and discourtesy. All I expect is an MOT test that is fair and compliant. To mock someone's car and be rude is totally unwarranted and unacceptable. All I can say is, don't question anything the man tells you because if you do, you'll find out what I did. I won't be going back. I did not get to speak to the man who performed the MOT but the man I did speak to is one of the business owners.
