I have used this garage constantly for 20 plus years for a variety of cars over the time. I have always felt the service was great and I trust the staff to always do what is genuinely needed. I don't have new cars but my cars are always reliable for me which is so important. I don't shop around now as I would not go elsewhere... But I used them originally as the main dealers were so expensive. They always sort my car for MOTs and servicing.
I have been using Braishfield garage since the days when they were actually in Braishfield village. I trust them totally with their work and judgement with MOTs for both cars and motorcycles. It is good to have someone local that you can rely on so well.Thanks for continuing great service.
Always very good service here. Great mechanics and support staff who are really knowledgeable and really helpful. It's always best to book appointments as early as possible.
We've been using this garage for the last 4-5 years or so and they have been absolutely exemplary in terms of workmanship, advice and customer service. I trust their opinion a great deal more than the main dealers we've had to use on occasion recently. They have squeezed us in at late notice when we really needed to get a problem sorted. Fantastic.

Very good MOT centre too
Had a sensor light come on, called in to speak to them, they booked me in and within an hour all sorted. As always everyone was helpful, happy and friendly. It's a garage you can go to and not get fobbed off
Completed 2 x MOT's here in the past 4 months with one today.
What great service...the team go out of their way to look after you (even offering directions when lost).
Both cars MOT'd had been serviced in advance elsewhere but did not pick up any advisories.
You get the feeling they value your long term business not a quick buck business trying to make work out of advisories.
