I'm not happy with Spring Street Surgery. This policy they have phone early. After all appointments gone that's it!!. No options and why are some receptionists not promoting the Hub. I have noticed unwelcome attitudes by the new ones and it's not helpful.
Parking can be tricky, leave yourself enough time to maybe use library car park. Many parents use practice car park to avoid paying at library, should be monitored. Staff can be helpful when in good mood (one in particular)
Trying to speak to a medical professional has become too difficult. The published phone number is wrong. When you do find the new number it just through to a machine that says they will call you back. When they do call you back they block their number and many phones reject private numbers so they go straight to voicemail. They have never left a name nor a contact number so we just go round in circles. Ridiculous.
The staff are very helpful and efficient and also very understanding. I’ll be within 47 years and I have never ever had a problem with their services.
Spent months having physio appointments and all I ever got was a bit of paper with diagrams on and a "physio" telling me to go home and "do these" Total waste of my time and I discharged myself after about 6 months. This place is not properly equipped to warrant having a physio therapy dept, unless one room that takes 2 patients sitting behind a curtain counts? Seemed a total waste of N.H.S funding to warrant calling this place a "Physio Department " To say I was unimpressed is a understatement.
Always feel healthier after a visit but; why do they lock one set of doors at 4pm just to guide you through the adjacent set that leads to exactly the same place?!?
Been using this health practitioner for over 25 years and never had a problem. Can get very busy and carpark is very small.
Very good doctors known in spring Street Surgery only thing is the parking
