I had the pleasure this week to purchase a new car and part exchanged my old car with Mark who was nothing but helpful, knowledgeable, polite and a true gentleman.
Mark made the whole process very easy and straightforward for myself.
Car was MOT and serviced ready without fuss for my chosen collection day and Mark helped sort my tax out there and then.
I Was able to test drive several vehicles. Never once did I feel pressured or patronised (which if you’ve been to some of the larger dealerships in Lincoln lately you’d know exactly what I mean!)
Gave me a fair price for my part exchange car.
I highly recommend Mark and his garage and i have already pointed several people in his direction for their next car.
REVIEW UPDATE......My Focus developed what sounded like a wheel bearing starting to go but after these guys had taken it out on a test drive they reported it was a simple tyre wear issue and sent me on my way with a recommendation as to how to resolve the noise...... They wouldn't take any money for their time and were so friendly and professional in their approach to making sure I was happy! FIRST CLASS.... and so honest! As always guys, thank you!

Brilliant garage. Had an MOT done there before with no issues and used them again when my car broke down. It was unrepairable and they helped me sort disposable. They didn’t charge me anything even after all the time they put in. Brilliant service. Wouldn’t go anywhere else now.

I decided to go to the Boundary garage after a friend's recommendation that they are very honest and reliable, something which I am in agreement with based on personal experience. I went there to get some long ugly scratches sorted. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. They sorted out the mess very quickly and to a very high standard and my car seemed flawless afterwards. What's also worth to mention is that I ended up paying significantly much less than I expected based on google searching. I am so satisfied with the level of service provided and the rates charged that I will definitely be using this garage in the future.
A full service took 7 hours and cost £280, I was quoted £200.
There were no issues with the car and was given no explanation as to why it was so expensive. Even Halfords only charge £185
I’ve had a brilliant experience with these guys after numerous of exspensive trips to other garages these guys managed to find and identify the source of the problems with my van , very fair price, and even went out there way free of charge to help me outside of work hours . Would highly recommend boundary garage and the friendly staff
My mother and father in law suggested them as they have had work/MOT's done here before. Spot on, won't over charge you or make you get work done thats not needed. Friendly and professional staff and quick service. Will definitely use them again after my MOT today.
