Very helpful and honest company! Great team
I have been using this company for the last 6 years to do our MOT, services and all the time, they uplift the price from what was original discussed. Recently took it in to a service told it was £200 ended up paying £450 because they decided to fix my bonnet and side panel and just expect you to pay for it. They lucky i value more time more than £250, so just ended up paying for it. I will highly avoid this company or make sure you ask for confirmation before they decide to think for you and make decisions for you on financial decisions before proceeding.
DO NOT RECOMMEND, ALWAYS HIDE FEES ON TOP OF THE AGREED PRICE.
AVOID AVOID AVOID. They deliberately fail MOT's to trump up charges.
Avoid this place at all costs. Had an MOT booked in today and they could not keep to the agreed time. I had a tyre that required to be pumped up, they failed the MOT 'claimed to run a diagnostic' for a tyre that is showing up on the dashboard that there is low tyre pressure. Charged me £25.00 + VAT for that and the clown behind the desk couldn't provide any further information in regards to what he had done in terms of 'labour'. rip off merchants absolute fraudsters. I'm not sure whether its because I had a Rolls Royce MOT'd so they thought they could rip me off the fraudsters. First and last time I will have the pleasure of dealing with these losers.
Amazing. Very reliable and trustworthy. I’ve used them over the past ten years and there have been times when I thought something was seriously wrong and they’ve fixed it for next to nothing. Sometimes they’ve charged me nothing at all. Very very trustworthy and friendly.
BOUNDARY AUTOS are absolute shameless rip-off merchants. They diagnosed my transit van as having a turbo unit problem and charged me £1600 to fix the problem. I became suspicious and called 3 mechanics in the surrounding area, who said the job would cost no more than £700. I then inform Mr Khan, the owner of this despicable establishment, I would be coming down to pick up my vehicle and that I no longer trusted them to do the job, He charged me £197 for the diagnostic report, even though two of the surrounding mechanics informed me they charge just £30 for the same test. I eventually went to a local mechanic, who diagnosed the problem as being a disconnected hose and informed that the turbo unit was absolutely fine. I was charged just £60 for a job well done. I attempted to get a refund for the false diagnostic report from Boundary Autos, but was met with foul language, shouting and Mr Khan’s back as I protested about the outrageous bill for £197. I am taken the matter to the dept of fair trade and will report back to this site.

On the 16th of January, my bank credited my account for the full payment under section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act. I hope this will be of some encouragement to those who has suffered the ill-treatment and shameful behaviour of Boundary Auto. :-D
I always feel like motor mechanic place's always try and rip you off. But with Boundary autos it was the opposite. I felt listened too, communication was constant and there work was tight didn't take long tow get my van back. Thank you now me and the fam can try and enjoy summer ????
Never use this company they fixed my aircon charged me £1000 and it never got colder than 24degrees and only lasted 1 month.. went back to them to say it wasn't working... I was told they can't do anymore.. as apparently my vehicle was a retro fit!!! Lol robbers
