Good experience overall. Burger was hot and cheesy, bbq tenders were tasty, fries not so hot but enough warm with nice sauce, buffalo wings didn't look great but tasted ok. A bit more than 20min to complete order. Restaurant hard to find, staff and kitchen look a bit messy but still deliver good food
Ordered through deliveroo. 45 minutes late, food still hadn’t been delivered. Called the restaurant twice which is just a mobile number no answer and had an automatic reply saying they were on their way. Never arrived. Cancelled order after delivery was an hour late through deliveroo and got a refund. Avoid this restaurant
Awful experience! Will never use again!
First ever order used via deliveroo. Delivery time showed around 30mins. Waiting an hour and nothing had come. Phoned and was told it would be 10 minutes.. Cool, I understand kitchen's get backed up. A further 40 minutes and nothing has arrived. This time when phoning I asked to cancel and get a refund as it hadn't left the kitchen even though I was told 10 minutes.
I then received a phone call begging me to accept the food. I said no I want it cancelled and refunded, this was agreed. Delivery driver shows up and forces the food into my hands which was all cold!! Still no refund so I'm assuming that's why you were begging me to take the food!! A really horrible way to treat a brand new customer!! Will never use again and will be advising all friends and family to never use!!!!
Food delivered on 30 minutes. Exactly as ordered, piping hot. Highly recommend, will definitely be ordering again
Ordered tonight first time weve ever ordered and let me say the last absolute vile in fact since it got took over from the indian the food it vile the Mexican indian and boss burger are all vile needs shutting down to much going on in one shop wasnt value for money either the kebab van on kaw is 1000 times better
Ordered food, items were missing, delivery was extremely late, called to confirm delivery as instructed, poor communication. Restaurant is less than a mile away and took 45 min to deliver, missed items on order, food was so cold, fries were inedible. Overall a terrible experience, definitely do not recommend.
Massive shame. Had a great experience the first time. Second time chips were soggy. Third time food took 1 and a half hrs from time of order, food cold once arrived..
Edit... Gave this place another chance... Entire meal cold, burger patty ping and stone cold.. won't be ordering again ..
Ordered at 16.30 via just eat , said it had been delivered at 17.10 but no food so called the place and was told they had put it down as delivered but it’s not ready yet ( doing it to look good on just eat ) food arrived at 1815 cold , and inedible , waste of money and time , if they wasn’t running 5 businesses from one Indian takeaway maybe they would get it right , won’t benordering again and my advise is that you don’t either
