The worst service. I took the car to them with a problem but it got a lot worse. I paid over £1000 for the repair but the problem was not solved, I do not recommend this service to anyone. I requested a refund but I was refused, now I am working to file a complaint against them and if it is not resolved I will go to court with them and request the additional expenses for 1 month while the car was at their place. don't give your money before checking the car. I paid for the first time and then I couldn't get home by car.
I have a fuel leak and still have , they saw a stin of fuel under the fuel tank , and they said they suspect the leak is coming from seal of the tank but not 100% they still charged me £72 for nothing the stin was clearly visible and they said it was very costly, as the leak wasn't very urgent they recommended to not fix it.
They also charged me for 2and half hours labour when they did only 1 hour
Went to this place for fuel injector replacement. Was told few ???? nuts will need to be order that can cost me £10 to £12. After they order the items, they hand over me bill of £124. I still pay that amount to speed up the process as I urgently needed the car to be prepared. Appointment booked for Wednesday. I took a day Off of my work. When I went there on Wednesday, they told me that they forget to place an order. Later contradict his statement saying he place an order but it never arrived.
They had my email and contact number but never informed me to not taking day off work. The lame excuse they presented was I AM VERY BUSY AND THATS NOT THEIR JOB TO INFORM ME.
my question: if you are paid in advance and appointment been booked, then that is your responsibility. No one in this country afford to loose work for the non sense customers service that you provide.
I would give them ZERO stars.
Stay away from them if you don’t want to be disappointed.
Great service with honest advice and pricing, showed me different pricing and choices for my repair, managed to fix a problem that 2 other garages couldn't fix, would definitely recommend

Car went in for an investigation of coolant light appearing on my dash.
They were quick and honest to diagnose the fault and gave options of what it could be.
Very thorough and honest staff!

Wont go anywhere else! Needed to find a local garage as the one I used to use had upped their prices. First time I used them was for tires as for the same one they were £20 cheaper than the last for the same tires.
The gear cable in my car had gone and they were able to get it fixed in 2 days and were half the price that Volvo were trying to charge me! Last service I used the garage for was a leaking calliper, again over £100 cheaper than what Volvo had quoted me! Had a little issue when I got the car back, but rang them to inform them, brang the car back and they had it sorted for me in 20 minutes.
Great customer service, extremely competitive prices and fast turnaround! I recommend them to anyone needing a reliable local garage.
Very good customer service, the front desk is reachable on the phone as well. Both of the 2 Receptionists were very helpful, friendly and polite. I took there 6 injectors to test them, Tony the Injector Testing Specialist was friendly and professional, managed to test them in a very short time. In all I strongly recommend them.
