Had an exam booked in however got tested positive for covid the day before the appointment. Advised that due to policy I would have to wait 6 months for another appointment as I was telling them last minute. I had only just found out and rang them as soon as I had found out. What would they rather me come in for the appointment and infect everyone? They put their policies over patient care. Avoid
I definitely don’t recommend them at all. They’ve shaved my original front tooth and got me a crown which I thought I would be fine with it but I’m so annoyed that the crown is double size of my original teeth it’s so uncomfortable when I talking or eating. I’ve completely lost my confidence, she didn’t even ask me if I was fine with it after putting it on. I don’t even feel like they see us like a patient. Maybe all they want is do a quick job get the money. I’ve tried to get in touch so they could resolve the issue but no was is getting back to me!!!
Just had my teeth cleaned by the hygienist after many years of neglect by myself, due to an irrational fear. She has done an amazing job and they look great. I was very nervous about the appointment but she made me feel at ease. I cannot thank them enough and looking forward to my next appointment, highly recommend :-)
Got teeth scaling and whitening done from Dr. Isa. He is extremely professional and very welcoming. Procedure felt very comfortable and stepped out with pearly white teeth. Highly recommend the practice. Keep up the good work. ✅????????
Puts clinic policy over patient health.
I was scheduled for a cleaning that was deemed clinically necessary. But because I was late 15 minutes for reasons beyond my control, the appointment was cancelled and due to "policy" they "could not" rebook me for 3 months. Additionally I tried calling the practice to notify them but the receptionist never picked up. When I got to the practice they just let the phone ring the entire time. Greedy practice and a huge waste of time, stay away.
Phoned this morning regarding pain from wisdom tooth extraction, had an emergency appointment 3hrs later. Treated by a lovely dentist, given 5 star care. Definitely recommend.
Absolutely horrendously rude manager. Would not let me change my appointment due to unforeseen circumstances that I apologised for my late notice cancellation I had been away with very little access to my phone. It was my first check up after newly being registered as an NHS patient. The manager said I would not be able to come again due to late cancellation.
And when asked if it was the same protocol if I was registered as a private patient he hung up. Then proceeded to send a text saying I was deregistered with the practice because they would not tolerate abuse.I recorded the conversation and can absolutely be sure that I was not abusive just slightly upset that they would not let me change.
When asked what would happen if I had covid he said I would have to send them proof!
Gobsmacked So bad no wonder they only have 3 stars one star is too much. DO NOT REGISTER HERE
I saw Nadia yesterday, the treatment and advice given was second to none. Nadia talked me through my treatment and made me feel extremely confident and calm during the process. I have never had such a positive experience at the dentist. I have just received a follow up call which was brilliant so thank you so much!
