First time ordering a take away from here, the staff are warm and friendly- I was given 1st class service (as i collected my order) The rice was lovely, so was the chapati and the sauce around the lamb, However, the meat itself was quite hard to chew. I prefer my lamb much softer than this dish but I will be back because of how nicely presented the restaurant is and the service was exceptional, I am keen to try another dish. Very polite gentlemen that served me and my busy body son who is 2 years old. A very big thank you
Took 20 minutes to take our order in a virtually empty restaurant.
Starters took 30 minutes which tasted nice.
Main Course took ages, the chicken Korma was disgusting, chicken tasted uncooked and the sauce was awful. Never tasted anything like that before.
Then it took ages to pay the bill as we just wanted to get out and somewhere else.
The only good thing was the staff
Ordered through just eat. Called later to check on the order and was told they didn't have it. I asked very politely if they never got the order or they couldn't complete it to be told it was not their problem and I was to call just eat and to leave them alone. After speaking to them again I was told that I was only spoken to that way as they thought I was from just eat. I can't quite work out why I was told to call a company that they allegedly thought I was calling from in the first place. No apology or compensation offered. Very upsetting as I have been a loyal customer for many years.
Very very poor food and quality. we ordered chicken dish and vegetarian dish with some minimum expectations. But food was served with completely wrong contents. Chicken Kadai served with tandoori chicken pieces with very very less gravy. And then we received explanation in rood manner. I will highly recommend to AVOID this restaurant.
Good food, reasonably priced. They gave us free poppadoms and dips for collecting. The meat thali was particularly good and great value for money. Would go back if in the area again

It is one of the worst restaurant i have ever been in UK, very poor customer service and the taste of food is awful.I will never visit again and will not recommend to anyone. These guys are just spoiling the name of brand (Calling Indian food).
Terrible service, worse food. Will never ever make the mistake of going there. Wasted my money, time and petrol.
