Denis is a lovely man. Always explains your medication and polite. Provides an amazing service out of hours. We need more chemists with commitment like this.
Very rude man. Would never go there again. I had phoned a few days earlier to see if they had the prescription in stock. A woman answered and told me to come to the pharmacy. Turned up and explained the woman had told me to come. He took the prescription through his hole in the window (which I assume is to stop him getting punched when he is rude to customers) and vanished. 2 minutes later he was back, pushed the prescription back through the hole, said I haven't got any, closed the window and went away. No explanation as to why I was asked to go there if they knew they had no stock.
Dennis is wonderful never closed open all year. If Dennis doesn't have it then it doesn't exist. The only place we go
It’s a joke ment to be open at 09.00am it’s now 09.25am after doing 5 nights wanting to pick up antibiotics and he still can’t make it on time, then on the door it states closed from 11.00am until 13.00pm so he can have a rest ???? what is the point of him coming in in the morning, soon as he arrives IF he does he will be closed again
Dennis offers an incredible service to the community and has served our family in times of need, at all hours, on many occasions. Absolute hero.
The Pharmacist was very kind and helpful with filling an urgent prescription late in the evening. His little cat that hangs around is a cute bonus whilst waiting. I wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend him to anyone in the area.
Phoned 9x today and still no answer kept cutting us off or picking up and putting down. Very rude if you ask me . All I wanted was to know if my sons tablets was in stock
Really nice bloke, open on Sundays which is super convenient.
I think some of the negative reviews are either during covid which caused a longer wait time, or have misconstrued the owner to be rude. He’s just very focused on sorting everyone out and maybe misses some pleasantries.
Very positive experience overall!
