5 STAR CRAFTMANSHIP! could not reccomend enough. I had a pair of boots which Timpsons "couldn't repair" as the buckle was irregular and broken. Gutted cos they were my favourites and not cheap and were unwearable with broken buckle. Took them into this place and they managed put a press stud in instead, and fix some of the loose stitching. They look brilliant! Thought outside the box and managed to do something that looked good with the design. Id have been prepared to shell out to get such a pro job done... but it only cos a tenner!!! Over the moon, love these boots it honestly made my day. Friendly and professional - even though he was feeling a bit rough from the night before ;) and also cut my key. Much better than competetors for service and price. My mate says they've done a good job at fixing her shoes before too. Support this local business, you won't be disappointed. Wanted to put a photo to show how good they look but don't know how to do it so you'll just have to take my word.
Had a new watch battery put in. Swift friendly service at a great price. Would recommend and will use again!
Martin, the owner, provides excellent service and advice. He will repair leather goods if he can, and also cuts keys besides doing shoe repairs.
Went in couple months ago with pair of boots with a damaged heel that I’d just noticed as I was getting ready for a dinner date. Even though I was a walk in customer, my boots were fixed within 15 mins and service was amazing ????????
I got my keys cut here for a really good price! And the lovely gentleman who did them for me was brilliant!

Brilliant!! Thought he was gonna say that these Chelsea boots had had it, but he managed to rescue them for me, didnt even realise that the soles had split as well as the heels, plus they were un even - so he levelled them out for me, made them stronger by putting a thicker reinforced sole & heel on, hopefully lasting me longer, not bad to say I've had these boots 4years, but I love them! Will defo be going back, top service and he's a local guy, DEFO going back!
