Fatal.... acabo de salir indignado pues hice muchos kilometros para ir y cuando llego completamente vacia, solo una dependienta que me dice que para un simple corte tengo que esperar una semana, por que esta full y que tiene que ser por cita previa, dato que se les olvido poner x Internet. Ahora tengo que estar 3 dias sin cortar el pelo por que por el horario de trabajo no puedo por su culpa... muy mala experiencia, y la recepcionista que aprenda a hablar mas español...
Me encanta pasar tiempo con Ruth y Shannon, me siento como en casa! Salgo muy satisfecha cada vez que voy al salón, thank you so much :D!
Creo q esta peluquería es solo pa ingleses, pues había tres personas y no me atendieron por "falta de tiempo"

Blueberry bobs is a fantastic Hair salon, absolutely recomendable, I had a fantastic haircut (Bob) the other day, need to book it advance, they are always busy
I had my hair done today with Sharron and it was a lovely experience as I did highlights and she understood exactly what I wanted , although I had to run at the end because of an issue they even managed to give me blow dry in literally 5 min! ???? def will be back , thank you!

I have had Ruth styling my hair for 14 years and have never left the salon unhappy.
I change the style of my hair regularly and Ruth’s judgement and technique is fantastic.

What an awful, upsetting and disappointing experience. My friend had booked a colour and cut for me as a birthday treat, I had never been here before and my friend was having a wash and blow dry with one of the other members of staff. I arrived at the salon and was placed in the chair by the assistant. The owner came over to me and did say hello and said she wouldn't be long. She then proceeded to dry the ladies hair next to me which was already dry?, then cut it with razor scissors and then proceed to put a colour on. By this time i had been sat for 25 minutes. I wasn't offered a drink, a magazine or even a colour chart to look at whilst i was waiting. Also there was a lady who was already there before me waiting for shellac treatment on her toes. The salon phone rang the owner answered and it was the beautician, saying she had no bookings until 4pm, the owner replied as she looked through the appointment book "Oh yes you have i have written the appointment in the wrong place", and ended the call. No sorry or anything. I asked to use the bathroom and spoke to my friend who was almost finished in the salon that i wasn't sure how long this was going to take. When i returned from the bathroom the owner shot out of a side room and said to me "do you have a problem with the time" which i replied " yes i have been sat here for more than 25 minutes and was wondering how much longer i would have to wait" the owner replied" I think if you have a problem with the time, you should leave" which i replied "I will" and i left. Visiting a salon should be a joyful experience and this certainly wasn't, and not an enjoyable Birthday treat!
