Reception staff were friendly and professional.
It stops there though.
As the medical staff I saw today was abrupt and so disinterested.
Only go if really need too.
Came away with no support for my minor medical situation.

An absolute joke. Not our regular doctors and I'm horrified just how awful they are. Wife was sent here as an emergency. Doctor was rude and unsympathetic to my wife's suffering. Rather than try to get to the root of what is going on the doctor implied that it was down to my wife's mental condition. Bearing in mind that this doctor has no previous knowledge or dealing with my wife. She made my wife feel a hundred times worse than she did prior to visiting.
Wish we had waited to see our regular doctor.
Terrible place joined this medical centre six months ago, I've had 2 appointments neither of which were kept by the medical staff, I left on both occasions after being left in the waiting room way past my appointment times. I would recommend you choose a different surgery.
Terrible experience! Was referred here for their out of hours GP service for my 6 month old. Dr tried to cancel appt 10 mins before appt time, then when I managed to get a telephone call the Dr was rude to me, laughed openly at my concerns and hung up on me! Furious and making a formal complaint.
The waiting times are ridiculous. Literally more than an hour over appointment time. I understand that the NHS is strained, but it's just an absolute nightmare. Also, the surgery itself is extremely run down, and dirty looking. It's not a comfortable environment to wait in at all.
Waiting time is horrendous!
Arrived on time and an hour later still not been seen. Nobody keeps you informed, nobody bothers to move off their backside when you approach the reception counter. Classic example of a dysfunctional NHS. No apparent reason for huge waiting time. Just sit still in a small silent room. Welcome to the wonder of 2017.
I tried to change to this doctors surgery from the useless derry court only to find the receptionist just as rude and useless as derry Court, so these lot go to the same school of charm.
I'm astounded at how pathetically excrement these all are
I'll be trying the health centre next.
Fingers crossed they are better.
