Really enjoyed our food from here. All cooked fresh, and tasted fabulous. Will definitely be back.
Love this Chippy quality fish and chips & the curry sauce is definitely a great shout. Many chip shops these days serve you ‘half a fish’ per se. But here Blue Marlin you’re getting a great fresh tasting fish wrapped in tastes batter. Can not even think of a genuine negative to write about - 100% great fish and chips experience 100% give them a go!!
We always have our fish and chips delivered, lovely food and always on time. I would highly recommend Blue Marlin.
I love, love, love fish and chips from here, I just have 1 complaint, last night I ordered fish, chips, mushy peas and a bottle of dandelion and burdock, the bottle wasn't in my order. This isn't the first time it has happened.
New Owners!!! Ben and family are super welcoming and the food is really good. The mushy peas are delicious but the service is better. A must fry (try) excuss the pun!
Fantastic to find fish and Chips that cater for gluten intolerant.
We've ordered a few times now both gluten free and standard do not disappoint an the staff are always friendly.
Been going here for so many years now (well since it first opened to the public) and I cannot complain at all, not just the quality food they prepare but the exceptional service they provide, building a conversation such as ‘how you doing?’ Or ‘how has your day/week been?’. It’s traditional like the old times and you don’t get that nowadays in most fish and chip shops. Don’t go to fish and chip shops often, but I for sure will be back here next time and it’s local to me which is a bonus, to me the best fish and chips in Wakefield!
This is the last time I've been eating fish and chips there... The food is terribly greasy and not good...After eating half of it I felt very sick.. ????
