I have used Blossom for over 25 years, no problem. I have been vegetarian for 30 years. Tonight part of my meal wasnt delivered and by the time the rest arrived,what I already had was cold. Opened my vegetarian singapore rice noodles to find lots of chicken. Understandably called and asked for the whole meal to be replaced. Was told by a very stroppy young woman that I had ordered chicken!! Blossom only wanted , after much umming and ahhing, to replace the one meat dish. Took my insistence to get each dish replaced so that our meal could be eaten and enjoyed at same time. I mentioned to the youngster that I hoped the replacement would be ok, not tampered with, she could only reply'ummh' and not assure me it would be ok, not messed with. Very unproffesional, very disconcerting. Returned whole meal for my money back, given very begrudgingly. So silly to lose a regular customer due to incompetence and the rudness of the young'un who insisted I ordered chicken and stated that she didnt want to ask the chef for a replacement as it would get her in trouble!! Delivery drivers always were friendly though, maybe they should train the others in customer services. Never again....
Ordered Chinese I was really pleased with the service and delivery time young man was very pleasant.

I can highly recommend to anyone, we have never had a problem with any meals and delivery ???? has been fine too.
Food is always nice here, no hit or Miss if you know what I mean.

Excellent food but 3 times now our order been wrong
Nice food but becoming very expensive. Have increased their prices and have now added a £2 delivery charge even though we live in the same town. Delivery took over an hour to arrive. Missing sweet and sour sauce with the chicken balls second time in a row for us. Not good enough when nearly paying £40 for a takeaway for just 2 people!!!!
Waited nearly two hours for delivery. This was the worst Chinese meal we have ever had. Very disappointing as we had friends around for this takeaway which cost £66. The whole meal was cold, the chow main was so stodgy you couldn’t separate it. The duck in plum sauce was not what we ordered, we received something that we had no clue what it was but it tasted like a king po dish, also not very nice had we ordered king po! The children’s chips were cold and dried up, the sweet and sour chicken balls were cold and very greasy. The bbq sauce was like thin tasteless gravy. It was absolutely awful, most of it went in the bin. I will never order from this Chinese again. I did call to complain but they just said sorry that it was unusual and would investigate with the kitchen and call back. No call back received.
Had King Prawn curry and special fried rice. Food was very good as usual however I was concerned that the tin trays were smaller.
