1 star for a lovely London View. On several occasions, I get off and on at this station and to be specific there were 2 staffs that’s really rude! This afternoon, there’s only one at the ticket barrier, When I asked for Info since the trains are on industrial strike this week, I asked for the last train time to Brighton and he just said I don’t know and it depends on the drivers ???? ???? ???? . With his bored face. You should know!
No doubt the best tourist spot if you truly want to capture London while you wait for your train to Gatwick.
The station was very clean maybe because it was Sunday and rainy.
There was no present of staff member around the station if you needed help.
The most rude staff I’ve ever seen, they shouldn’t work for people if they don’t know any polite manners and definitely had no customers skills.

Black friar station over ground has the most amazing views of London city and access to some amazing tourist sites of London

my train to Brighton was leaving in two min, I ran to to platform 1, called the bored assistant twice, when he ''woke up'' I asked him pls to open the gate and that I was missing my train and he slowly explained I had to scan my ticket. I did miss my train, I shouted at him, he couldnt care less,
