Best KPortal Reviews

Lovely food! Sat outside when it was nice and breakfasts keep you going for hours!
I don’t like leaving bad reviews but I’ve been coming to this cafe for 19 years.
every time I came to wales with the family, most of the time eating breakfasts every day spending 40/50 pounds a time.
Well Today I’ll never set foot in the place again.
Ordered food came eventually
Now the food was 3/10
Everybody sitting round me all
Said the same… isn’t the same experience had before l
Think the staff need training
In my experience I personally think it’s changed owners or something
Waited 1 hour for food i wouldnt mine one was a kids sandwich box what was pre made, another family ordered 20 minutes after us and got these. When asked where is are food we where told sorry forgot will sort it now. Food was awful didn't eat half of it. The tables outside where we had are food where old food all over tables and floor didn't look like it had been cleaned for weeks.
Food was ok, wasn’t expensive so not expecting the ritz quality food, had a lot worse in my time. Staff seemed pleasant enough.
The amount of food you get for the price is amazing, bit of a wait for food but to be fair inside the cafe and outside was full so it's to be expected but when the food arrived the waitress was very apologetic about the wait... be definitely visiting here again next year
Stopped off for a brekkie after a long journey. I had the small breakfast really enjoyed it my 4 year old opted for toast and ate every bit. My husband chose the mega big breakfast and my daughter went for cheese sausage and egg mega bap. It was very enjoyable. Coffee was a bit strong but the food was beautiful.
Had the supersize breakfast which comes with a drink and toast and it was yummy can not fault a thing, considering they were super busy this did not effect the service or food quality. Lovely staff especially one young man who called us his two favorite ladies. Definitely recommend, shame I can only leave 5 stars would love to leave more
4 of us have just had beef dinner there today 16th July and it was lovely, and I'm not just saying this because if I don't like stuff I let them know, and £2 cheaper than bells of Saint Mary's some of the old staff are back I'll be back xxxx
