Can't think of the right words to describe my experience.... Shambolic, unprofessional, pathetic, ridiculous are just not strong enough words to use. Good luck to anyone trying to get through on the phone, book a day off as you'll be waiting hours.
Don't ever bother trying to call. they will bounce you off every option number and waste your time.
Was on hold for 40 minutes on the phone only for the phone to cut off. Waste of valuable time.
When I've use this court, I've found the Judges are excellent who enforce the law.
My last case the Judge was amazing.
Helped protect me and my health though legislation which was getting ignored.
She made a order ruling to help me.
Present these Judges with well collected evidence and facts and they will protect you and help you from wrong doing, if they see in your evidence things have been done against you which are illegal.
I only used them when there is no other option and wrong doers don't act in line with the law/legislation.
I've had the fortune of having a judge call Judge Finley a very caring judge with empathy.
An experience Judge concering discrimination cases.
I only ever use these when the is little choice and any wrong goers won't act correctly.

County court worst service ever they don’t know anything about service just wast time and money
Over 4 years my claim in county court over hundreds calls, email, forms after forms and then after passed to bailiff to recover my money and after 5 month I contacted bailiffs
And bailiffs saying the company left address it’s new occupant we sent you letter which I never received that letter!
I wonder why too many scammers and fraudster in UK ???????? they know UK legal system failure only bad people win
My advice anyone want to recover your money from people find way to recover don’t waste your time and money in court, they are legal scammer Shambolic…
literally no response at all after emailing them with regular follow-up emails been sent, files also dropped in person to the court seeking for attention, still nothing heard after months since our first contact in Sep 2021! email auto response says they would respond withint 10 working days but nothing happens... what a waste of tax payer's money?! all working from home or chilling from home without any senior management to monitor the inbox?
everytime we had to queue on the call for mini half an hour and in the end we were told nothing they could do but wait for the judge or the court to respond even though we have waited for more than 2 months which has passed their so-called service deadline.
Do not know where to make a complaint. am sure we are not alone as sufferers here...
I turned up on time for my 11am hearing, an hour later they jump somebody ahead of me in the que, I'm not waiting another hour! What a clown show.
Trying to make a delivery.Security would not sign or give his name and does not have a stamp.
