Over past 3 years have used this pharmacist's dozens of times and never received less than exemplary service. They set the standard for customer care. Thank you.
Brilliant team. I collect a regular prescription there and they always check in advance to make sure I don't have a wasted journey (sometimes the prescription from the doctor doesn't always arrive in time).
Every member of the team are professional and friendly and work hard to ensure that offer the best possible service, especially over the last couple of years that have been hard for everyone.

If I could give this place zero stars I would! The Asian bloke in the pharmacy is the most unhelpful bloke I’ve ever met. They used to accept DPD parcels so I went in and asked if they still accepted them; No! Do they know of anywhere who does, No! No help whatsoever. Even a “sorry, no I don’t” would have sufficed. Apparently he’s “always like this”. Well if so, he needs some manners and customer service skills.
I found them highly unprofessional and indiscrete. Whilst queuing I clearly overheard a dispenser list all the medications the customer infront of me was collecting! Then when the actual pharmacist (Christine) served me, she loudly announced to the whole pharmacy the two medications I was collecting! I was appalled by such unprofessional and indiscrete behaviour, especially as I work within the industry myself.
The staff clearly need basic training in patient confidentiality, immediately.
It is such a shame because I have always found the chief pharmacist very professional and helpful.
Very helpful anf friendly staff here, they were very attentive and quick for our needs.
Always very pleasant - very busy so they tend to run out of things on occasion.
They went above and beyond for my prescription, keeping the shop open past closing time.
