We just received our order, we'll half of it. I've have tried to call the shop five times and no answer to report our missing food. Its such a shame as the food we did receive was lovely. Unfortunately I gave my meal to my partner and had to share the kids due to missing food.
Imagine paying 4.99 for a 'large' chips and getting this ! Get more in London for your money
Absolutely piss poor.. literally ordered chips!! 45 mins we were stood there never going again!! More interested in just eat delivery absolute joke of a place
it's lovely mate. best chippy ive ever been to by far. would go again, again and again. the chips are fantastic, 5/5. They're perfectly salted and laced with vinegar to the correct amount for me personally. High quality chips with a good value here in ripley isn't your average thing, so this is the best chippy here.
Had fish and peas around 6pm, batter was horrible, fish was OK. Peas was not cooked, unfortunately will not return

I had chips, large sausage, and gravy open, and it came to £4.20, I didn't even get a fork to eat the food with, can't say I was impressed and can't honestly say I would be back based on that price
Went in for the first time as I happened to be in the area and it was the first chippy I spotted. The man serving was miserable. I ordered two small portions of chips with cheese. I asked for sauce on them but got no response back on that. I was served straight the way as there was no one else in the shop but I could see that the chips were pre cooked as he put them straight into the paper. He took them away into the back (presumably to put cheese on) and then came back out to take my payment. He charged £8 which I was gobsmacked at as I’d only ordered two small chips. Anyway, I paid and went back to car. I opened up the chips and they were cold, dry and NO SAUCE!!!!! I won’t be going back ever again. I was overcharged as well as being served cold food. Also take a class in customer service as a smile won’t kill you!
