Since the new takeover, the service has vastly improved. The waiting time for collection of your prescription is minimal now as it's ready for collection and the staff are very helpful and pleasant. It's no longer an ordeal going to collect your prescription. My thanks to the staff.
Collected my regular prescription this morning and asked for my blood pressure to be checked while I was there. This was done immediately in a very helpful and reassuring manner. Not at all surprised that the readings went down quite rapidly while I was there and was told there was no cause for concern.

March 2024, please note this is now ‘Bilbrook Pharmacy’ and the NEW management have taken over from the old Lloyds Chemists early this year, so don’t confuse any poor reviews over 2 months old with the new vastly improved service the new team are giving ???? They are extremely helpful, kind and embrace the new technology to keep you informed, texting as soon as your regular prescriptions are ready. I order my repeats online via Patient Access App, the prescription is emailed by the Bilbrook Medical Centre to this pharmacy in a couple of days, it could not be easier or quicker ???? Thank you and well done to the new team at Bilbrook Pharmacy, a genuine assist to the Village ???? I’m sure they will continue to improve the interior and layout of the shop too making it more spacious and user friendly over the coming months.
Since the change of ownership the speed of prescription supply has vastly improved, what a shame lloyds did not support the lovely girls that worked there before, but I have to say the new guys are doing fabulous, would love to see it stocked up a bit now. I'm sure they will.
Very pleased with services mo and his team provided. Mo did my blood pressure reading for me and managed to sort my blood pressure out and referred to GP. Very polite and helpful. Thank you
Offering free blood pressure checks - both my mom and I had it done this week. Unfortunately my mom’s was very high, and within half an hour she had a call from her GP and an appointment on the same day to get it sorted.
Items weren't delivered on the day they promised. They promised to call yesterday and they didn't. They didn't call today either.
Don't bother with this Pharmacy - there's a much better Lloyd's Pharmacy up the road at Birches Bridge. These guys are a total waste of time and provide poor customer service.
New owners in chemist actually work I didn’t need to wait it was sorted straight away friendly and helpful staff well done
