We've had issues with our Mountfield petrol lawnmower starting all last year so was dreading the start of grass cutting season. My partner took it to work to try and fix it and returned it home with 'Mowrice' written across the front in permanent marker!
It's quite old so parts aren't easy to come by but we dropped it into Bikesnmower a couple of weeks ago and agreed they'd spend an hour investigating. I wasn't hopeful and expected to spend £500 on a new self propelled lawnmower.
I was ecstatic when I got a call saying Mowrice was fixed. He starts within one pull of the cord now. Amazing service and great value.

Struggled to find the business park at first but it's in the same area where the Royal Mail Delivery Office is and also opposite Zenith Fitness gym.
First time I have been here and will definitely go again. Took my chainsaw to get the fuel pipe changed. Del sorted it quickly and also gave it a once over and it is working better than ever. Will definitely recommend to friends.
My 19 year old ride on mower had seen better days and had not been serviced for many years. Del has done a wonderful job of resurrecting it and it is cutting better now than it has for ages. The price charged was very competative and kept below the original estimate. I am very pleased and will use this firm again. I recommend them highly.
Absolutely brilliant, 5 star service!
I managed to run over the power cable of the lawnmower half way through cutting the grass. I didn’t think I could save it, so took it to the local recycling centre to dispose of it and the gentleman told me I should try to get the cable fixed. I popped onto google and ‘Bikes n Mower’ came up in my search and as they had such good reviews I called to see if my lawnmower could be fixed. It normally takes a week to book in and fix, but when I told Del I was only here for the day (with a half cut back garden!) he asked me if I could drop it off that afternoon and he would look at it for me- fantastic! True to his word, he fixed the cable and the lawnmower is as good as new and it was much cheaper than having to buy a new lawnmower!
I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them. Fast and friendly service at a great price. Thank you Bikes n Mower!
