I have used bestfit for years and years . The two guys working there have always looked after me . Their service is second to none . I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my cars and I’ve had 3 of which these guys have taken care of over the years . They are the best in the business, honest reliable helpful trustworthy.

Took in my BMW with a snapped suspension spring, they promptly replaced the spring and the tire it had damaged which was fine. However following this repair, at high speeds it started to vibrate, so it appeared the new tire wasn't balanced properly.
Took it back explaining the problem and when they retested it they claimed it was perfectly balanced however i needed an entire new set of pads and disks at the cost of £300, because when they expanded due to the heat it was causing it to vibrate. Despite the car only being serviced 6 weeks ago.
Suspicious of this, i took the car back to my regular garage, and it quickly became apparent that they had left the balancing weights on from the old tire and not even bothered to change them. The pads had at least an inch on them still and there was no scoring on the disks.
Absolute rip off merchants. AVOID
