Ordered over the phone, the guy who answered the phone was polite and patient with my fussy order. Let me have two sauces 50/50 and didn't try charging me for it like other takeaways, had chilli mayo which most other takeaways don't have, and put seasoning on the chips which other takeaways don't do without charging extra. Mixed chicken wrap was exellent, done properly with a naan bread not them crappy tortia wraps. Delivery was on time. Food was hot. Really good takeaway, will order again.
Ordered a pizza 13/01/2023. When I ordered the pizza they told me it would be an hour for delivery which was fine. I’ve given a one star as they delivered earlier than advised which was good. Zero stars given for the pizza. It was stone cold and undercooked. I rang them to give my feedback, they said sorry but were busy and that’s why the pizza was like it was. They offered to do another for me but I declined. I foolishly heated the pizza myself ate two slices and binned the rest as it tasted funny. 2.30 am the following morning I threw up. I have always gone here for pizza but will never again order from her.
We have ordered from here many times and it have almost always gotten our order wrong. We just ordered from here and our pizza came without kebab meat as a topping even though we ordered it and got charged for it. It have happened multiple times when we ordered a Parmesan, we ordered a hot shot Parmesan and we got a plain. Also the food isn't really that nice tbh.

Don't really like to shame a company but tonight's food was absolutely terrible to fair.... Pizza soft and floppy as anything, undercooked... The kebab meat was worse tho. Never have I had kebab meat that's shredded into a million tiny pieces ???? cannot even pick it up to eat the pieces just fell everywhere. Waste of £20. Won't go back

Great tasty pizzas & fantastic choices on menu with really good value for money specials. We got a meal deal we collected & they forgot to put our burger in & when we got home & rang them up they delivered it piping hot to our door much to the delight of our 3yr old buzzing with someone bringing her a massive cheeseburger. Great job Av A Pizza!!!!
An hour late on delivery, driver had 4 mates in the car with her so that's probably why, no apology for the late delivery.
Food freezing, ordered 2 pizzas both had to be put in the oven to finish cooking the base and heat up, chicken burger and onion rings came as a dry bun and a little slab of chicken no garnish or sauce of any kind and the onion rings... just 3 and partially cooked. £1 extra for 3 partially cooked onion rings not big ones if that's what you're thinking just 3 little rings like what you'd get out of a multi pack in Iceland, absolutely horrendous won't be going there again.
