Rude receptionist who put the phone down on me when I stated her system is wrong because I have attended in the past 2 years, she stated I haven’t since 2018. I have being since new management have taken over for myself and my children. When I asked to speak to the manager because there must be an error on the system. She stated myself and my brother had being taken off the system, I never mentioned my brother and haven’t lived with him for 10 years, data protection breach there. She asked for my address which I have only lived in for the last 2 years, and it is on the system correct. When I stated this is because I’ve being she didn’t want to hear and didn’t want to help, shocking customer service , only wanted to push a private service of £100 to be seen. I would pay double that to be seen but won’t be giving any money to this practice due to such shocking customer service, I would advise you sending her on a customer service course as she lets your practice down.
Had a tooth extracted yesterday and everything went well, very kind and gentle and completely put me at ease even though I was very anxious, highly recommended ????
Had an appointment with Dr Lord this morning for a root canal treatment. He took great care to explain exactly what would happen and the procedure was pain free and went to plan. Dr Lord was very gentle and kept stopping to make sure I was comfortable with the treatment. Being a very anxious patient, both Dr Lord and his Assistant were very caring and have improved my confidence for future appointments. A big thank you from me!

I had an emergency appointment with Dr Lord who was very reassuring and very professional with my treatment. Thanks also go to his nurses and reception team.
I had root canal treatment and a filling. The dentist was very informative and kept me fully aware of every step of the treatment. Although it wasn’t the most pleasant experience, he made it as comfortable as possible for me and was extremely patient. I didn’t feel any pain which I was most frightened of prior to the appointment. Thank you.
As a nervous patient I have found that Dr Lord always makes me feel very calm and explains what is happening. Absolutely great with the kids. Always smiling and great at his job. Very friendly staff all round :) I have also been to see Dr Sharma and she was lovely too.
