AWFUL SOLICITORS. I used BES Legal 2 years ago when I purchased my first home, they seemed great. However when I came to renew my mortgage a few months ago, I couldn’t complete the process as BES Legal had never completed the change of title deed into my name via the Land Registry so for the last 2 years I’ve been living in a home that’s not legally in my name… they initially tried to cover up the fact that they had failed to complete this basic legal work, and it’s taken almost 6 months for this issue to be solved, largely due to my own persistence. Throughout this time BES Legal has been uncommunicative, incompetent and slow. As a result, I lost out on my mortgage offer and am now paying a much higher interest rate. Shocking service and rude and condescending team especially Imran and despite what the other comments say, getting a response from Dhanisha is simply impossible. Please do not use them if you can help it.
An abysmal excuse for a company. Dhanisha is incapable of keeping to scheduled communication. It's like trying to get blood from a stone with them. Either they take on way too much work and fail to give each client the attention and professionalism they deserve or they're lazy and incompetent.
I almost had my purchase of my flat fall through because of a lack of responsiveness from them. They made many mistakes in the paperwork. I had to correct their work for them, something I'm paying them to do.
To top everything off, I've received a fine from HMRC because they failed to file the Land Transaction Return in time.
Do yourself a favour and never use this company.
Abysmal.
If you like being ignored, then this is the solicitor for you.
Not just the worst solicitors, but the worst company of any kind I have had to deal with in my entire life. Each member of staff more useless than the last. A special shout out to Dhanisha Desai who takes the gold medal in incompetence. I can’t stress enough how much you should avoid using BES Legal at all costs. Still 12 months after moving into the property there are unresolved issues, my calls and emails are now entirely avoided and ignored.
